[Lazarus] Cannot downgrade to the stable version of Lazarus after installing Lazarus 0.9.28

[CubicDesign]

I give up. I will just return my virtual machine to a previous point 
where the stable version of Lazarus was working.
The amount of time spent to install the 0.9.26 version is started to be 
hilarious high.
I will start to produce code instead of fooling around.
