[Lazarus] Patch for FPSpreadSheet

The Lazarus wiki doesn't use the Mediawiki translation system, it's
all done manually. In the beginning of the page there is:

{{How do I create a bug report}}

This means: Add template with this name, so you need to manually add
Afrikaans to this template:
