Yes, I agree. But something like this doesn't need to extract 
serialisation etc. from the computer, it would be desirable to ignore 
multiple reports from the same instance of Lazarus where the 
configuration hadn't been changed but this could be identified by a 
timestamp of when it was first fired up.
