Yes, I use always the same script, now updated to remove old .ppu:

So to recompile the fpc I use:


make clean all
make install PREFIX=C:\Develop\fpc\2.5.1\

Then I recompile Lazarus:

make clean all
lazbuild --build-all --build-ide=
