[Lazarus] Request to unlist Arabic language.

‏You can also do two other things with it One is in linux, i do not know how
to do it in Windows:

A. Create a bash file that set the language local to English
B. On settings change it from default (افتراضي) to English the first time it
execute (or just add it to the setting files before first run) and it can
will do the same thing.
