Sounds good, but ...
The first and last work with simple text files, only little gain there.
Filtering is valid and highlighting I don't understand. Are you talking about shiny colors? Or is 'highlighting and comparing' one point?
And do you mean that you actually cannot do this with stdout and therefor need a new standard?

Presenting stdout with some nice features (search, filter, etc.) inside lazarus is actually something I would like to see myself. But I don't get the need for another stdXXX (OutputDebugString()) like windows has.
