[Lazarus] Installing FPC/Lazarus on Windows using SVN, no binaries

The first part is true but I didn't create symlinks by hand. "make install..." 
made it I guess.

Beneath the surface Mac is a full UNIX system.
Command line and config files should be pretty much like in Linux.
Unfortunately I don't have a Mac so I am not sure of the details.
