[Lazarus] Suggestion again: remove GTK1 from IDE and LCL

 I mean Lazarus to be modular. Something like Linux and KDE, Gnome. You may use only Linux or Linux and KDE or Linux and Gnome or Linux and something else. I do not mean to not use GTK or QT.
