[Lazarus] PageControl vs NoteBook vs TabControl

Not entirely. In the early days of lazarus, the original TNotebook was 
correct. Then someone thought, we need a TPageControl and it looks like 
a TNotebook, lets derive it from a TNotebook. And there the mess 
started. Hierarchy wrong, properties wrong etc...
