[Lazarus] How to notice Lazarus forum posts effectively

Well, currently it is mostly
http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/ and
http://www.freepascal.ru/forum

I actually use a google query like
http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=(TAChart|TChart)+lazarus
to search for TAChart-related posts.
I do occasionally see questions on other forums, like these:
http://www.lazarus.freepascal.com.br/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=226 and
http://www.developpez.net/forums/d714066/autres-langages/pascal/lazarus/affichage-temps-labscisse-tchart/
but although I can understand what these are talking about from code samples,
I can not respond because I do not know these languages.
