[Lazarus] How to notice Lazarus forum posts effectively

Still now there is no good community engine (forums or cms) good for
developers, most of developers special the core team must not spend there
time to reading all messages/posts, but what if there is important/high
quality need an answers from admin/core, may be we need  moderators to
forward this links of posts (like "report") to developer team like as
AssignTo in bug tracker.
