[Lazarus] Suggestion: Remove GTK1 support from IDE and LCL.

No, actually sticking with GTK1 means sticking with old Lazarus version.
It may not be a bad idea. GTK1 will work forever as it works now if you never 
update anything, and if your customers never update anything.

At some point it will happen that you or one of your customers wants more 
advanced features and then you must update. If it takes few years then Lazarus 
will be much better and GTK2 is already replaced with something better, so you 
can skip it. :-)
