[Lazarus] Suggestion: Remove GTK1 support from IDE and LCL.

If Lazarus abandon support for GTK could lose many members. Be
absolutely sure of that. I see to many people in Brazil who only use GTK
in Lazaus and other softwares. (several people use GTK with PHP)

I agree with you. I always think about Qt more beautiful, but it is
heavy to many PCs (this is a reality).

Graeme, excuse me, but, do not give up when something goes wrong. If
this keeps up there will come a day that you may want to leave the land,
because most people are imperfect (is not a criticism, it is a friendly
advice). :/
