[Lazarus] Lazarus Manager

Hi Kjow, I've tried on another XP PC.  This time on C:\.  As before, the 
installation proceed till the end.  This time c:\develop\lazarus\ folder 
was created, but there is no lazarus.exe.  I've attached a screen 
capture of the folders and files inside c:\develop\lazarus\
