[Lazarus] What's the correct way to use TRegexEngine?

I was, in retrospect, slightly out of order in using an example for 
Sorokin rather than the "old" one. But I too fail to see what the OP is 
grounding his concern on, unless he assumes that write() and writeln() 
are part of the LCL.
