[Lazarus] Is the lazarus fixes_0_9_28 branch maintained?

THanks both of you!
I am now getting the fixes_0_9_30 branch in addition to the trunk I
already retrieved. I also got the fixes_0_9_28 branch before, but I
will delete it now.

Concerning FPC I like to have it separate from Lazarus so I will use
the release version 2.4.2 for my further work.

How would I get an fpc cross-compiler for ARM embedded targets?
My target runs an embedded version of Debian. But I work in
Windows....
