[Lazarus] Test the Lazarus fixes_0_9_30 branch

The fixes branch contains 0.9.29. After the release, there will be a
tag with 0.9.30.

That will be possible after the release. Until 0.9.30 has been
released, it won't be possible to report bugs against it.
