It seems you tried building a 64bit-fpc with >>make all<< using a 
32bit-fpc. Because the paths mentioned in your home/joshy/.fpc.cfg 
aren't found it tries reading the /etc/fpc.cfg.

Try building fpc with >>make cycle<< first. See buildFAQ.
