[Lazarus] Package: "LCL 1.0.1" Unit not found: "Menus"

I think that LCL package was renamed to a new name, so now all of the 3rd
party packages that require LCL can not find it.
I think that the package should the be renamed again back to LCL for
backward compatibility.
