[Lazarus] Batch to build packages and add it to Lazarus?

Hi,
I like to build my packages and add it to Lazarus outside of IDE,
In another way, i like to send my packages sources to my friends/coworker
and run that batch to auto add this packages to Lazarus without need to open
package by package and add it.
