[Lazarus] Problem with creating debs

It does an unnecessary "make clean" too. Why?

After installing quilt and fpc-source it fails with:

Processing Makefile.fpc
Error: Target "go32v2", package "rtl" not found

Is there some documentation how to get "make deb" working?
