[Lazarus] Show Compile Dialog - previous focus is lost

Yes it is. It's been marked resolved in the bugtracker but contrary to
other reports I never saw it fixed. Unfornately it's not easy to trace
:-(
It happens on both Windows and gtk2 widgetsets.
