[Lazarus] MDI support in lazarus started

Hi all,
I've commited today MDI support in lazarus.
Currently only qt ws is fully implemented for qt-linux,qt-win32 and qt-macosx 
targets.
Native implementation of MDI is possible only with qt and win32 widgetsets, so 
win32 will be implemented in some reasonable time, but for other's don't know 
when will be finished since they need an mdi emulator.

Fell free to test qt mdi with current trunk ... also patches for win32 
implementation are welcome.
