You are aware that Delphi XE2 contains a FireMonkey designer that is 
integrated into the IDE?
And Lazarus can also be used to design applications based on non-LCL 
interfaces like fpGUI if designers for that are written which use the 
non-LCL-designer interface provided by the IDE.
