[Lazarus] Can't compile trunk revision 32946

Hi,

I am trying to create debian package using create_lazarus.deb.sh script, but
I get error:

Target OS: Linux for x86-64
Compiling alllclunits.pp
Compiling barchart.pp
Compiling lclproc.pas
Compiling fpcadds.pas
Compiling avglvltree.pas
Fatal: Can't find unit FileUtil used by LCLProc

Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit, GTK
