You need to check out  svn co 
http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/binaries

You only got one folder in it. But thu installer can run for 64 bit too, 
so it chooses the path itself

Same issue. check out the full binaries for all platforms, and let the 
installer deal with it
