The fpc packages are the same as the last two releases. No one reported
such a problem.
Please uninstall fpc, preferably with the "purge" option, and check if
there are any /etc/fpc.cfg* files. Delete them. Then install the fpc
deb again. It should install a /etc/fpc.cfg.
