[Lazarus] Can't rebuild lazarus 0.9.30.2 on linux

The files installed by deb packages are read only for normal users.
They are supposed to be kept unchanged. They can be
uninstalled/updated by the debian package system.

If you want a custom Lazarus it is recommended to download the
sources, for example from svn or as zip.
