I've spotted at least one place in the IDE where F1 goes to a 
non-existent web page, which apart from anything else introduces an 
annoying delay while a browser loads etc.

I'll try to go through at least the more obvious parts of the IDE 
finding things like this, and then will raise it on Mantis.
