[Lazarus] Lazarus 0.90.34, scroll bars don't work, Ubuntu 11.04

Hi all,
Just compiled and ran lazarus from source in Ubuntu 11.04 but none of
the scroll bars seem to be working. It uses the hidden scroll bars
which don't scroll the window when I move them up and down.

This is happening on all windows, the object inspector, right down to
the file selector.

This leads me to believe that there maybe some issue with GTK itself,
but I don't have that problem with other GTK apps that have similar
scroll bars, evince for instance, which is why I'm posting here.
