I successfully run and installed Lazarus on a development version (what 
would become 0.3.15 or 0.4). The only "problem" was that the icons are 
upside down, but that is a bug known from Wine and perhaps already fixed 
in the mean time. As you can see on the ReactOS forum I wasn't the only

An important note: the development version improved MUCH on the state of 
0.3.14 (especially considering features like USB and WIFI ;) )
