[Lazarus] Running from IDE

Trying to run some code from the IDE that has run before. The system pauses on line 995 of customform.inc - FFornHandlers[fhtCreate].CallNotifyEvents(Self);

It only started doing this, and I don't know why. Compiling the project and running it out of the IDE works fine. Any clues on something U may have screwed up?  Or should I just reinstall Lazarus?

Lazarus 1.0.10 w/ FPC 2.6.2
