From your image, error:
  Compiler "/usr/bin/fpc" does not support target arm-linux

I'm not too sure about that one, but you could check and set the
following from the main menu first:
 Project -> Project options -> Compiler Options -> Code generation -> Target platform:
   Target CPU family = arm
