On my Fedora 18 / KDE Ctrl+F9 does something weird to the windows that
I cannot really describe or give a name.
I'm too lazy to look it up and disable it.

(On my old Suse 10.0 disabling system setting for Ctrl+F9 took me 2
days to find...)
