Even if I would agree you on the general direction, this would be dumb IMHO,
since compatability of such thing would be low and the LCL structure only
something to fight against. It is a common pattern that such transitional
techniques never make it in the long run.

If you want a Pascal webframework, create a Pascal webframework, and
independent (designer etc) plugins for Lazarus as needed.

As for Lazarus, lazarus relies on volunteers that can't be directed. If you
want a change in direction, provide the manpower that does it, it is as
simple as that.
