[Lazarus] about infobuild form development

and this is my command line:
make PREFIX=/opt clean all OPT="-dUSE_QT_45 -dEnableCompInfoWnd" 
LCL_PLATFORM=qt bigide

infobuild form not showing on build or compile or run command
whats wrong?
