[Lazarus] fpvectorial svg support (snapshot removed)

Hello,
today I've written a few lines of code to test fpvectorial svg capabiities,
but the result as you can see (tiger.svg) with the attached project didn't
satisfy me.

Is something missing into my code or is the fpvectorial svg support still
partial?
