I'd be even more interested ;) and willing to cooperate in r & d & t of such a program.

(we were looking for ways to pre-load config to modems/routers, through their WAN interface no less,
 directly from basically ANY kind of input such TR069 speaker can take,
 and every modem vendor basically hails only their own products for that even if they are in fact doing TR069...
 and every (free) TR069 solution out there wants either mongo.db or node.js or both...
 or written in very old/odd release of Java :L ... it all looks like
 there just isn't any SIMPLE program that can speak TR069 to likewise enabled speaker.)
