[Lazarus] Release Candidate 1 of Lazarus 1.6

I am sorry for not been specific enough.
I was using Laz1.4.4 (fixes) & 1.5 with fpc3.0.1

I meant with the above mentioned versions, normal compile and run, would
generate smaller exe and faster.
