[Lazarus] messages form's not move to end line

It scrolls down here.
A week ago there was a bug, that sometimes when compiling packages in
parallel it didn't scroll down.

It changes from "Compiling packagename" to "Compiling packagename:
Success" or "Compiling packagename: Failed".
