[Lazarus] Solarized 2 color schemes for Lazarus

Hi,

I made a new theme for Lazarus code editor and it made on
Solarized[1] color pallet and thought maybe others like it,Its clean
and kind with eyes.

When I wanted to write this email find out there is a Solarized theme
already but I think my version is more complete and better. I haven't
any host to link it to the wiki so I will attach it here.

Test it ;)
