[Lazarus] Docked Form

Hi Sandro,
Thank you for forwarding my mail. Yes, I'm registered to the mailing list and I do not understand why my mails end up in spam.Usually I'm able to reply to other peoples mails, but sending new one always fail.
PS: I attach the patch again, the readme.txt is inside the zip file.
