Modern Delphi? Project Groups have been in Delphi since Delphi 5 (circa
1999) days I believe. It definitely is available in my Delphi 7 (circa
2002) which I still use on occasion.

Project Groups in Lazarus IDE is a top wishlist item of mine. I work
with huge projects (multiple packages and projects) all the time, and no
project groups is a huge downside of both Lazarus and MSEide.
