[Lazarus] jcfidelazarus JEDI Code Formatter cannot handle generic and specialize keywords

Patches are welcome to the current JCF parser or to implement a new
formatter based on CodeTools.

Actually basic generics syntax already works.
This JCF parser however must be updated separately when new compiler
features come out, and it has no maintainer.
Maybe some of you guys can become a maintainer?
