[Lazarus] Web vs desktop development

Of course it would be great if Lazarus would offer support for designing 
the GUI of a "Rich Web Application" (e.g. by providing the appropriate 
components and a Browser based WISYWig preview). But this of course is a 
completely new project and lots of work to do.
