If this is caused by a 3rd party library, you may try if the following helps

go to menu Tools, options.
On the page "Debugger", "general" there is a grid (like the object 
inspector has).
One of the properties you can set there is called 
DisableLoadSymbolsForLibraries. Change this to TRUE.
