[Lazarus] Can't start lazarus trunk

Thanks for the stacktrace, even with debug-info for fppkg! These tests 
'in the wild' help me a lot.

Should be fixed. In FPC (added the check if the compiler exists) and in 
Lazarus (do not choke on it when an exception occurs)

Can you re-test?
