</p><p>This what Stallman had in his mind, introducing GNU and GPL.<br></p><p>AFAIK, there're open sourced commercial components. After all, if you buy,  an open sourced component, you can demand bug fixing. But, again, fixing it on your own, is, usually, faster :) </p>
