Hello,<br>i'm new in this mailing list and in Lazzarus. I use Delphi since many years, now i'm trying Lazzarus to decide if use it in an open project.<br>I need to use extended ascii value as à å ä ã ê ë and so on.<br>
<br>I note that in Tmemo and in TListbox when i try to open a text file (made with notepad) that cointain these accented characters, <br>all the lines of the text that contain one of this charcter are omitted to by displayied.<br>
<br>Why this strange behaviour?<br>In Delphi there arent' this strange thing with Tmemo and Tlistbox and che characters à å ä ã ê ë are well displayied into these components.<br><br><br><br>Manu thanks for help!!<br>
I was happy to test Lazzarus but i find this ... bug just in the begining of coding!<br>
