<p style="margin: 0px;">The IDE code hints read the fpdoc xml files and pascal sources.</p>

<p style="margin: 0px;">There is a mature chm help IDE package (chmhelppkg) plus viewer (lhelp), which afaik comes preinstalled with the debian packages.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px;">The installation instructions are in components/chmhelp/README.txt.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px;">It seems this file does not cover the recent changes like help for keywords and system identifiers. </p>
Maybe the chmhelp maintainers can update the docs.<br/>
